Brack construction is a construction company from Liverpool, we specialise in residential developments we currently build for our own in-house companies alongside delivering affordable homes in partnership with housing associations.

We have a forged really strong relationships with our consultants and subcontractors which allows us to identify new opportunities on a regular basis we then carry out our due diligence to make sure we are coming up with the right proposal for each individual opportunity which in turn then allows us to place the correct opportunity to the right company or organisation.

We are very familiar in securing land options and going from start to finish with the planning process which then allows us to present land and build package deals for housing associations.

The good thing about being involved in sourcing the development sites and taking the proposals through the full planning stage allows Brack construction from early on to be Familiar with the design which then allows a smoother construction phase further down the line it also allows for full early cost appraisals to be carried out which then gives clarity to construction costs.
